I was first diagnosed with food sensitivities in 2008, using a blood test. A couple years earlier, I had been diagnosed with “Leaky Gut”, which I was told was caused by eating processed foods. So I stopped eating the foods on the list, began eliminating processed foods and eating only organic foods.
