Here is a list of some basic herbs, that help with detox :

Turmeric –
I can’t say enough, about how powerful this herb is!   It has been used for centuries by Ayurvedic (East Indian) and Chinese Medicine. There are so many positive things it can do for your health . . . it is a powerful antioxidant, improve cardiovascular health, anti-cancer, improve cholesterol, aids in sugar metabolism (Diabetes), improves neurological function (especially in Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, MS, ALS, Fibromyalgia, Restless Leg Syndrome),
aids in digestion, and detox.
Milk Thistle –
Another herb, that helps make the liver healthy, so it can filter toxins out of the body.
Chlorella –
This is a powerhouse, of nutrition, that helps your body detox, as well.  It s made from algae, which gives you a lot of the micro-nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids (proteins) and antioxidants that our diet, is lacking in today.  This one is “broken cell wall”, which means the cell walls are broken down, in processing, which makes it a lot easier, for the nutrients to be absorbed, in the intestinal tract.
